I've done a MMF and it was a frickin blast. It was with my best friend and a mutual (female) friend. There was no "interaction" between the us guys, but there was no wierdness about trying not to accidentally bump into eachother. It was pure, unadulterated hedonism that left everybody fulfilled.
The only word of warning I can offer is this - Think about positioning before you make a move. If you are on your back with the girl on top of you, and she's sucking off your buddy, you can end up staring straight up his asshole. And really, that's not a great view.
