i just cannot make my photos smaller, theyre all like 1 mega each and thats just too big to try to post them here or anywhere else for that matter...

please explain to me step by step how i can make them smaller, what i have to do and how..

i even played around with photoshop earlier and couldnt do it, the only thing i did was make the picture so small i couldnt even tell what it was

im really not dumb....lol please help.
