At Starbucks, we have to have clean pressed, super friendly people as baristas. Sure, you'll see overweight people working there, but it's because they are INCREDIBLY outgoing, whereas, I know this skinny little twig girl who I'm sure got hired on looks alone because she's incredibly sullen.
I'm also not the best of looking, but I can sure as heck belt out a drink name, or make a customer happy.
