I very rarely hit the 'zone' these days.
This is going to sound stupid, but when I was a fry-side cook in a fast food joint it was easy to get in the groove. During the lunch rush it's easy to lose yourself in what your doing and focus your....focus? on the task at hand and do what you do.
It's much harder to do that today. I don't know why it is, but I miss it.
