I've had both and they are enjoyable. My husband and I have been "swinging" for about 3 years now. The most important thing is being completely up front and honest. We put all the cards on the table. I enjoy MMF better. Just cuz I feel that that is a way for me to be extremely selfish. :-) My husband doesn't have a problem with seeing me with another guy or being naked in front of another man. He gets off on seeing me have sex. Whether it's with him or him and a "guest." I do think that it really depends on your relationship with you SO. The threesome thing, for us, is fun. If anything or anyone feels uncomfortable then it doesn't happen.
