Yea, when it first started, before it moved to it's present location, they used to use fire trucks to hose down the crowd when the heat became unbearable. Then the Volunteer firemen became really good at taking the tops off women with the fire hoses, and they slowly put a stop to it. My sister and her friends have gone, but I never really had the chance when I was younger, and now that I'm older, I'm not sure I want to go. Let the youth enjoy their youth.
