No, because it's pointless to call and report other drivers.
The cops never do anything about it anyway.
In my years of driving 60+ miles a day to and from work on the freeway, I've reported TONS of idiots with road rage. I bet you not a single thing was done about em.
Put it this way: they take 20-30 minutes to respond to more important matters (like domestic issues). Not only that, but the driver is on the move. Kinda hard to pinpoint 30 minutes after the fact.
