There are a lot more dangerous people on the road than drunks. People drive with their knees while eating bugers and talking on their phones. People drive 10 hours with no rest or drive when they can barely keep their eyes open. People are driving while swating at their kids. People are driving while having sex. People are watching movies! ....These people should loose their licences just as quickly as drunks.
