Hello I'm getting a home built for me, it will be my first home so I'm pretty excited and anxious I was wondering if anyone else wants to share their experience with getting a home built. I'm going to call up a home inspector tomorrow and arrange for a pre-drywall inspection. I signed the contract back in August and the frame is just getting done. Its not scheduled to be done till Late jan early Feb of next year, I was secretly hoping it would be done before the end of the year but I'm a little worried with some of the horror stories I've read on the net about bad jobs done.
