You commit the crime, you do the time. Period.
I hate this political, technical bullshit.
Justice should be justice.
If necessary, slightly penalize or reprimand the one who violated the statute, policy, etc.
But the person, who did the real crime, should get the real punishment.
Now THAT is the liberal bullshit I do hate.
