I think the number of people who fall for it increases as it gets more vague. The "results" of this test were somewhat polarized. For instance, it proceeded to tell me:
"Disciplined and self-controlled outside, you tend to be worrisome and insecure inside."
This despite the fact that I'm not worrisome and insecure, and didn't say that I was. That alone immediately led me to disregard the test, despite the fact that I read through this whole thread first and knew it was fake.
