I swore up and down that the beginning of the second line was "seek and destroy us." Turns out it was "secret destroyers."
I've gotten into some heated conversations arguing over other alleged lyrics, neither person really wanting to look it up on the internet because we were so sure we were right, why should we have to look it up?
And on a bit of a tangent note, I had it pointed out to me by a friend that on the radio, the Counting Crows - Big Yellow Taxi song sounds exactly like they got away with saying "put up a fucking lot" instead of "put up a parking lot." In fact I'm currently under the belief they did sing it that way just to see if they could get away with getting "fucking" on the radio waves, and succeeded.
