I did some searches across different engines, Google, Altavista, Ask etc...
I thought I'd found a reference from Google but that only led to a Axis & Allies forum with no photo.
I checked some of your previous posts and found Xbox seemed to be a topic of conversation often so I checked through some gaming forums/websites until a little luck on Yahoo took me to GamertagPics.com... Where luckily someone else had a reference to Shawn Margaris!
