He's stuck.

Oklahoma had their chance to beat down an SEC opponent in a BCS game last year, and LSU cleaned their clocks. Now, he's a little late getting into the BCS lobbying game while Tommy Tuberville has been letting his Auburn team do the campaigning for him. The result is that Auburn is the media darling and Stoops has no control over the situation. If Oklahoma puts up 40 points on hapless Baylor, it will offend a lot of voters (writers and coaches), but if Auburn puts up 40 points on Alabama, it will be viewed as a strong game against an archrival.

Wouldn't you love to see Notre Dame upset Southern Cal, setting up Oklahoma's second SEC BCS bitch-slap in a row (assuming they win out of course)?
