I just did my SAT II Writing test recently, and I was faced with the arduous task of assimilating all my high school grammar notes to deal with all the clauses, subject verb agreement cases, exceptions, the list goes on...
The one thing that I've never been able to handle is the following type of sentence:
"Walking down the staircase drenched in sweat, my bag felt heavy."
English grammer = nightmare
