He's absolutley right. I've read this on more then one occasion. Fact of the matter is, urine is steril when it comes out, being in med school, you should know that. Diabetics can drink their own urine if it comes to that. However, urine won't be affecting that part of the vagania, I woulen't think.
My wife has hers done as well, and as far as sexual arousal, my wife loves it, I love it. IMO it's extremely sexy, and a huge turn on. I personally love piercings in those parts of a woman.
