Wife had it done a couple of years ago, says it's the best $50 she's ever spent. She CAN feel it when walking around, but not as much now as at first. It took about 2 weeks to be pretty comfortable, but we had sex (gently) the night she got it. She was and is very pleased with the results. Full healing was about 4 weeks, and we were careful not to get into the hot tub for 6 weeks, just in case.
