$9 billion surplus - wwyd?
So the Federal Gov't claims to have 9 billion extra dollars just kicking around. That's kind of nice, eh?
So what do you think should be done with it?
Put it all toward the national debt, which is in the hundreds of billions, right?
Give it back to the taxpayer?
Put it toward education, tuition fees?
Infrastructure?
Submarines?
More Tim Hortons?
