Personally, I can't stand drive-thrus. It's really not that hard to walk in, and many times it's faster.
Having worked with a "non-traditional" drive-thru, it's been my experience that even if there are signs limiting orders, people don't read them. That, and the people that drive thru tend to be ruder and more impatient. Just my experience.
