Where I worked, if someone had an order that large,they were either asked to come in and wait or to pull ahead so others didn't have to wait behind them. If this person wasn't asked to do either, I would place the blame on the Wendys worker, not on the customer. He simply used the drive-thru which is available to him. Unless Wendys posts a sign which says, "Order containing more than 10 items must be placed inside" or something like that, the customer hasn't done anything wrong.
