Tecs' Ribs....
Pork or Beef rack (prefer pork myself)
Broil Ribs over flame....roughly 50-70% charred on outside of meat
Remove from flame
Place in large cake pan lined with enough aluminum foil to completely enclose Rack of ribs
Coat liberally with sauce of choice (I usually add a dark beer as well)
Seal inside aluminum cocoon of love
Place in pre-heated oven at 300 deg. for 45 min.
Lower temp. to 200 deg. and continue to cook for 45 min.
Lick meat off bones.
If cooking beef ribs...add 30 minutes to second cooking time
