I'm not suggesting anything about miscarriage or an accident. The question I am asking is, if it is illegal for a third party to kill a fetus/baby because we are protecting the fetus/baby, why is it legal to kill the fetus/baby with the consent of another who is not the fetus/baby?
It is alive long before it breathes outside of the womb. It is protected from third parties w/ criminal and civil sanctions for those that harm it. If it is worthy of protection, why does it matter to it who kills it or orders it killed?
