Hmmm, I don't see how you can possibly argue this.
Biologically, there is 100% no doubt that the fetus is alive (showing biological activity) and I've never seen a philosophical argument that it is not.
The only viable arguments that I've seen that favor abortion rights is that the fetus is not
a person and therefore should not be afforded the same rights.
