Just sit back and read that. They way it reads to me is "The resources of the earth where destined to be used however the human population wished for these resources where theirs alone." It also seems to imply that if we make it, it's natural. We made pestisides that cuase cancer in children. I guess children with cancer is natural and we should let it runs it's course right?
