You say "cup"... Is this a coffee place or something? Does she sit down to drink her coffee, or is it right out the door?
Either way, here's my suggestion: take OFF your apron (or whatever you wear that signifies "I'm on duty"), and approach her before she leaves. Ask her if she has a second to have a non-coffee-related conversation. Tell her how much it brightens your day when she walks in the door, and that you'd like to get to know her better. I leave the rest to you.
It's not a new strategy you need, you just need some cojones.
