It kind of reminds me of the old joke about the band kid's Mother. Y'now...the one where she turns to the lady sitting next to her and says; "Will you just look at how terible the marching band is. I mean, just look at that! My little Johnny is the only one marching in step."
Or...if it's such a great idea...then why are we the only ones doing it?
Oh...and the only reason that it's "nonpartisan" is that the Republicans and the Democrats have to sit together. They still run under the parties banners.
