Man you guys are awesome, I never even though about all these techniques before... but one thing that I do sometimes is cover my shlong and hand in moisteriser mixed with water and then kind of rub my fingers fast across my 'head' so that the ridges inbetween my fingers go nuts on it (no pun intended) and that feels amazing.
