Used our car insurance agent (State Farms). $15 a month, IIRC. Worthwhile for us, since apartment complexes are a haven for crime no matter where you live. Think they found 2-3 meth labs and had several murders in the year we lived there, not to mention the two times my wife's car was broken into and the time the cops caught the guys stealing the wheels from my car.
All this in one of the nicer complexes you can find in the burbs of PDX, OR. Go figure.
