Look, theres no question here, both are bad for you, but alcohol is much worse. Just alcohol wrecks your insides, and will help your body store fat and prevent maximum muscle building. Certain alcohols, IE some beers, will also have a lot of sugars. Pop will rot your teeth and contribute to diabetes if you drink too much and don't have a high tolerance for sugar.
