Although I'm not a Dolphins fan, my opinion would be that Ricky should get the lion's share of the blame.
Not just from him not being there, but the timing of his retirement, and the distraction of the talking and the lawsuits and all of that, combined to sabatage the team.
Wannstadt gets blame too, but only because he wasn't a good enough coach to overcome the issues with the offense.
The GM gets more blame then Wannstadt does for not having a backup plan for Williams and for making that stupid deal for Feely (ought to be fired for that).
Finally, the players get their share for their poor play bringing about all of these problems.
