By this reasoning, basic rights are determined by the group of people you happen to live with. In other words, the fact that China, Cuba, Iran, N. Korea, etc. violates what we call "human rights" is not a violation at all, it's simply a violation of OUR DEFINITION of human rights. By this logic, they just developed different rules for living together than we did.
