that quote is misleading. first, the quote is about sex education and it was used to make a case about sex investigation. two very separate things with different social implications. true, focus on the family is against some sex education programs... but not because they prefer people be uneducated about sex. they contend that the age group for these programs is much too young and sometimes object to the state being the institution in which kids learn about sex. kinsey advocated kids being taught about sex more in-depth and at a younger age than many parents were comfortable with. i think this is honest grounds for a sincere debate.
