Very simple sauce/coating for Pork
1 jar of pinapple preserves
1 jar apricot preserves, preferably double the amount of the pineapple
1 jar horseradish mustard
Combine in small sauce pan over medium heat stirring constantly until completely mixed. Pour over pork chops, or baste on top of pork loin as it bakes.
