I agree about the blalant biased commentary, but specially when they just don't give each team their share of the spotlight. Boston vs. St. Louis is a good example. Even before it got out of hand, you could already tell FOX was just eating up everything Red Sox, it seemed like St. Louis was an afterthought.
I dislike sideline reports/reporters as well. They just don't seem to have a real purpose. Also, interviews with fans/ex-players/parents right in the middle of the game. I can remember quite a few times when I've missed out on a play just because they were interviewing someone, or at least missed out on the excitement of the play because they had the audio from the interview over it.
