No firewall. Not ZoneAlarm or XP's is on. Checked the proxy option in tools. I thought about cached pages in IE fooling me, so I googled some random words that popped into my head. Everything worked. Also, outlook received and sent mail. Additionally, I can still use the network printer, and use my box's shared drives.

I reverted to Firefox .9.1 and it works fine. I'll have to try Secret's suggestion, but my wife and I are moving into our first house this weekend, so time for needless fux0ring with FireFox's ass is not available.
