KMA-628, I for one would call it a gay hate amendment. Because I can't understand why denying gays the same rights, titles and status that straight couples have isn't bigotry.
I'm serious about this: I'd like to know why you "want marriage to stay what it is." What negative effect could allowing gays marry have? Who would it hurt?
I hope this has come off as civil - I'm legitimately curious as to your reasoning.
