And there, my friends, if the fundamental difference between the US and most other countries. In the US, the goverment has to have a good reason to deny you something. IE: Your rights are not granted to you by the goverment in te US, the givenment denies specific rights as it needs to.
Criminals don't apply for concealed firearm permits, honest people do. Study after study shows that only a miniscule number of CCW permit holders ever have their permits revoked.
