It's not always cheap... I had booked a flight from Venice to London and another from London to Stockholm (7 hours in London before that flight)... I missed the flight and wanted to rebook my flights... I bought the tickets for 1300SEK ($180) and they wanted 6000SEK ($850) to rebook it to the next flight... I took a direct flight with SAS for 2500SEK ($350) instead... Bit me in the ass.
