Speaking of Christmas-y stuff, the lady from the business next door (well, actually, in the same building, we share a hallway) came over today to inform us of the above mentioned radio station, and ask if we were playing Christmas music yet. Everyone acted like I was Scrooge because I don't want to turn it on yet 
On the bad luck, my Mom said the same thing, only it was the day after New Year's. hmmm... I left for the States on January 3rd last year and ended up getting stuck for a few months...I don't think crack took the tree down until March
