I'm not sure of the exact gun laws in Australia but I think that we need some pretty good reasons to have a gun licence, like we're farmers or something. They don't hand gun licences out like candy and unless you have a real good reason it's hard to get one.
So no, I don't have a gun (I have plenty of realistic toys from when I was a kid) and I wouldn't want a real gun in my house.
