I've played EQ2 on and off since a month after release, although I did take a 2 year break somewhere in the middle
I will be jumping back into the saddle playing EQ2 over WoW because from what I have seen EQ2 is more of a grouping game with some soloing thrown in, while WoW is a soloing game with some grouping thrown in. The emphasis on communication and community looks more solid in EQ2 and that's the reason I play online games. Plus I'm biased towards Everquest
