My previous jobs I was always early for, but with my present job, I sometimes show up after the office is open. I can't say I'm late, because I am salary, and I might have worked about 4 hours the previous evening. I wonder in anytime from 7:30 to 10AM, and the office opens at 8:30 AM. Some mornings I may sit down at the computer at home, get an idea, whether it is a memo to my staff, my affiliated agencies, or a flyer or work related idea, and so then I do it, fire it off to the person it was intended for, and then make my way to work.
