I grew up in North County, San Diego. And lived out my teenage life in Point Loma. In case you don't know the military concentration in San Diego allow me to inform you that your 3 friends' opinions don't impress me with their breadth of knowledge as to how military families feel about what's going on in Iraq.

Whether this image is disrespectful or not is a matter of opinion. What i find questionable is the desire by some to express outrage
on behalf of other people. If you aren't a member of a family of a fallen soldier, than you have no basis to be offended. How real is your outrage if you're outraged at the idea that someone else might be outraged? You're just posturing, maybe because getting all offended about something makes you feel important, i don't know.
