Is there an electrician hidden in the game somewhere?

After I got back from theSpoiler: being dumped in the middle of nowhere and killing the witness (I can't believe I wasted all that time expanding territory) mission, my garage doors don't open unless I crash into them at 100mph and they never open when I approach on foot.

The main problem is that pimp-mobiles have disappeared from the streets completely and I have a fine selection of souped up pimp-mobiles in my garages.

Despite the glitches, this is still probably the greatest game I've ever played. The size is mind-boggling.
