I usually select a line from a song and create an acronym from the first letter of the words, and terminate the acronym with a bang (!) to create the often required complexity.
For example....my last password at work was an acronym of:
This is the story of a girl
translates to:
titsoag!
I have never forgotten the verse of sentence I needed to remember, and with that info....bang...insta password.
