So it's as I expected. People dislike her because.... well, just because.

It's also unfortunate that she's blamed for a policy (health care reform) that failed. Many people may disagree with the policy itself, but it sounds like a lot of the dislike seems to be because the policy itself "went nowhere." I'm sure there are Republican policies that failed also. Just because someone has failed to implement something they proposed does not mean they should be criticised for its failure per se (if you know what I mean). One could say the same thing about 99.9% of all politicians.
