I've been using Avery matte white full sheet adhesive backed label paper. There are a couple of problems with it: It's susceptible to sun fading, it doesn't stick well to a bottle that is cold (and hench has some condesation on it, even if you wipe it off first) and it doesn't hold ink super well (particularly when wet). I would like to try to get some adhesive backed photo paper and some spray fixative at some point and relabel everything.
