Years ago, my aunt worked at record producing company that will remain nameless. She told me that during a production session on a Pink Floyd album, where the play the master and record it onto the consumer product, she happened to have the volume turned up on her headphones. After the side was over, she started rewinding it with the volume still up. She said there was a message from the band. She told me what it said, but it was so long ago that I don't remember what it was. It didn't show up on the recording, only on the master tape. It has something to do with it being a 16 track mixing machine being played backward at high speed.
