Alright, after sitting on my ass for the entire summer, I've gotten a bit of a beer gut goin. I havent gained any weight at all, so I'm assuming it's just my muscles that have gotten weaker.
Anyways, I'm lacking motivation. I dunno, I just dont feel like going to work out, etc.
What I want to do is spend the next month on a good workout routine, and eating healthier(totinos pizzas gotta go) and I want you guys to help motivate me.
And if I end up succeeding, I might post pics of the new me.
