Ok, need some more information here chief. Are you running Gallery on Linux? BSD? Windows? etc. If so, what distribution? See where I'm going? How do I help without knowing what I am working with.

Are we to assume you're using Gallery from gallery.sourceforge.net? What version?

Are you using NetPBM or ImageMagick? What version?
Do you have libjpg, libpng and libgd installed? What version?
Are you using mod_rewrite? Not required, but is helpful if you do use it.

Are you getting the message "Unable to make thumbnail(0) or Invalid image"?
If so, Verify that the binaries (NetPBM or ImageMagick) are installed correctly and are chmodded 0755 (including the directory they are in).

What is the exact error message you are receiving?
